God has given you one face, and you make yourself another.

– William Shakespeare (1564-1616)

Zeke Horcoff is a man with a hideously deformed face who gains the opportunity to get a new visage, but not in the way you’d expect. Faces are not like kidneys. No one can spare their face – that is, until they are dead.

Zeke knows he’s not Tom Cruise and is resigned to that fact, but he’d like to have a shot at normal life.

Louise Phillips would like nothing more than to do something special for someone and for herself so that she can rise up and above the travails of working the streets.

Dr. Ryan Constable knows he is just another plastic surgeon who helps movie stars get their impossibly sexy looks, and he knows the chances at making medical history are slim to none.

After a violent turn of events puts Zeke Horcoff at the point of no return, Louise and the doctor take matters into their own hands. Zeke must get a new face. Even if someone has to die for that to happen.
